      Assignment description

      In the DAY 2 tab, you have the sub-tab labelled “QUIZ (Option 1, Option 2, and Option 3)” --> you will find the assignment there.

      For your Assignment on Day 1, you need to choose ONLY 1 case study between the 3 available case studies: Malawi-Tanzania (Option 1), Algeria (Option 2), and Jordan (Option 3)

      Choose and do the Quiz ONLY for one case study

      Steps:

      1. Choose the case study (only one)
      2. Respond to the questions in the Quiz for the case study you have chosen
      3. Submit the Quiz

      NB: The assignment has to be submitted by May 15 at 23:59 (NL Time). Late submission will not be accepted

      Please note that only those who have submitted all the 3 assignments (Assignment Day1, Day2, Day3) will be able to get the certificate of attendance

      We recommend that you read the preparatory material in this folder before Day 1

      Preparation for Day 1 live training session on "Hoff Analytical Framework":

      1)      Read the Hoff et al., 2019 paper, focusing in particular from page 1 to 8

      2)      Read the Limpopo overview – file labelled: “Limpopo case study_overview_example-Final"

      3)      Think about a case study of your interest where you identify links between Water, Energy, and Food.

      The case study of your interest needs to be different from the ones indicated in the Hoff et al., 2019 paper and in the example of the Limpopo case study. The case study of your interest can be at any spatial scale (e.g., basin scale, regional scale, etc) and located anywhere. 

      4)      Draft a few notes about the case study of your interest where you identified links between Water, Energy, and Food and bring the notes to the class on DAY 1.

       NB: The notes will be used during the Day 1 live training
