Completion requirements
This section presents a short introduction to the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Innovating Climate Services Through Integrating Scientific and Local Knowledge.
3. Prerequisites
The prospective participants are expected to have a basic knowledge or affinity to learn on the topics related to climate and water. The basic understanding of climate variability and change, and the risk posed by the related disaster such as floods, drought and water scarcity, heatwaves is expected. The familiarity with various climate services used globally or in the context participants work/life experiences is desired. Interested participants who do not have basic knowledge on these topics are advised to do self-learning prior to starting this course.
