  1. understand the mass balance principles involved in water audit and the methodologies to reduce-reuse-and-recycle water.
  2. understand the different legal aspects, as well as environmental policies, education and economics pertaining to IWM, and
  3. discuss - from the illustrated example from a Coffee industry - the water consumption pattern, waste water source, and treatment practices in that industry.
