This topic presents an overview of the various methods, tools and models developed to integrate scientific and local data as part of co-creating climate services. Examples include value addition using post-processing/BIAS correction methods, visualization, decision timelines and other tools developed under I-CISK activities. The topic also discusses opportunities and challenges in integrating local knowledge in co-creating user centred climate services.
