• Introduction


    This training is the second in series of three ToT's to be offered through established Knowledgehubs in Africa. Knowledge hubs will deliver demand-driven training programs on WP, as well as promote the use of developed education and training materials. The major functions of the knowledge hubs are to train the water and agriculture professionals, students at bachelors and master’s level and to promote the education materials developed as part of WaterPIP to reach maximum end users.  To achieve the goals of Knowledge Hubs and facilitate further regional trainings three ToT's are planned, titled:

    1. Spatial analysis for agricultural applications using open source tools
    2. WaPOR-based Water Productivity (WP) Analysis – Part 1
    3. WaPOR-based Water Productivity (WP) Analysis – Part 2
